Good morning, today is Tuesday, September 18, 2012. On this day in 1970, rock radio mourned the loss of rock music legend, Jimi Hendrix. He died at age 27 of an overdose of sleeping pills. His Purple Haze and Foxy Lady became anthems for a generation at war in Vietnam.

You're going to love this. Some really creative people put together this parody video, an adaptation of Les Misérables. There's also an open letter from its creator on this website that explains why the video was made that might just make your day as well.
