Police have arrested nine anti-Wall Street protesters in downtown San Diego, including one who scrambled up a tree.

Occupy San Diego said in a statement Tuesday that the protesters were watching a DVD of Michael Moore's "Capitalism-A Love Story" when the officers raided their demonstration.
